SharonGambrill.com is the joining of Comedy Shazza with Spiritual Sharon. I am a certified Laughter Yoga Teacher, certified Louise Hay Heal Your Life workshop teacher and life coach, with additional training in Level 2 EFT/Tapping and Level 2 Reiki. My signature workshop is a combined Laughter, Wellbeing, Stress-Relief, Team Building Workshop. An uplifting, energetic and fun stress busting laughter boost onsite in the workplace, community centre, hospital support group, staff wellness day, company retreat, or outdoor event. Suitable for online platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams, Webex or live steam via VMix!!


The best investment you can make in your life is taking care of your physical and mental health. Learning to love and approve of yourself is a vital element to a happy, fulfilling life. Start by liking yourself and go from there!

'Sharon ran just a 30 minute laughter workshop for a group of cynics and we JUST LOVED IT. We had around 16-18 staff, aged from early twenties to late fifties and it was a fantastic workshop.
